How do you handle our data and confidentiality?+
Data you share for an engagement is treated as confidential, used only to deliver your work, and returned or deleted on request at the end of the engagement. See our Privacy Policy for details, and we're happy to sign an NDA.
What is your refund and billing policy?+
Memberships are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once work has begun, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
