This Privacy Policy explains what information Unyx Consulting collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, company). Billing information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Usage data such as pages visited, collected to improve the site. For members, project data you share so we can deliver the engagement.
How we use it
To provide and improve our services, process payments, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share data with vendors who help us operate, including Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
Client data & confidentiality
Data you entrust to us for an engagement — including material used to build automations, agents, and data pipelines — is treated as confidential, used only to deliver your work, and deleted or returned on request at the end of the engagement, subject to legal retention requirements.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
