Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the membership to be an easy yes — so it's month-to-month with no lock-in.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. To cancel, use the billing portal link in your receipt email or contact us at hello@unyxconsulting.com.

Refunds

Because memberships are billed monthly in advance and work begins promptly, fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once that period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

No auto-renewal surprises

We bill on the same day each month and email a receipt every time. You can cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.

Disputes

If something isn't right, contact us first — we resolve nearly everything directly and quickly.
