Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unyx Consulting (“Unyx Consulting,” “we,” “us”) and any membership you purchase. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Memberships

Unyx Consulting is offered as a monthly membership. You choose your monthly amount (from $25 to $500), and the benefits included scale with that amount as described on our site. Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Billing

Memberships are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Ownership of work

Upon payment, deliverables we create specifically for you — including code, automations, agents, documentation, and data pipelines — are yours to own and operate. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, tools, and general know-how.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend service for conduct that violates these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
